Just Salatím is Ruth's home kitchen in Englewood, New Jersey. She started it in October 2026 after noticing a gap on the local food lists: plenty of neighbors selling food and no one making the salads that go on the table.

The menu leans hard on eggplant, with five different takes. Beets, two tehinas and pickled jalapeños round out the table, and the chili garlic crunch is the one you'll put on everything.

Everything is pre-order only and made fresh for Shabbat. When something sells out, it's gone until the next round.
